About
Lee (Certified Chef de Cuisine) and Jacqueline Helman have a long history in the food industry. Lee brings over 40 years of experience in hotels, and restaurants, including his ownership of the French restaurant Truffles Bistro of Saskatoon. After selling their restaurant in 2017, Lee and his wife Jacqueline recognized a new market for their desserts. They are excited about the possibilities for the future. Lee and Jacqueline are thankful for the overwhelming customer support..

Our Approach
In 2020 Lee and Jacqueline recognized the need for a new approach to providing quality desserts from their home-based commercial pastry kitchen. Vanilla Pastry creates artisan desserts and pastries for individuals, family gatherings, and large events. Each dessert is designed based on the principles of flavor, quality, consistency, and presentation.
